Challenge
The key challenge was designing a portfolio encompassing multiple properties, locations, and investment strategies simultaneously. Investors wanted to combine stable rental income with growth-oriented investments, while maintaining high liquidity. This required precise market analysis, project selection, and aligning financing with the entire investment structure.
Strategy
We began the process by analyzing over 25 projects on the Costa del Sol, which we evaluated in terms of ROI, rental potential, and capital appreciation. Based on this, we selected 4 investments in different locations – from Benalmádena, through Marbella and Estepona, to Manilva – building a portfolio based on geographical diversification. Each property served a specific function: some were intended for rental, while others – purchased at the "off-plan" stage – were for capital appreciation and resale. A key element was optimizing cash flow and ensuring the liquidity of the entire investment.
