Challenge

The client had been analyzing the market on their own for many months and was already at the stage of purchasing a selected property. The key challenge was to verify this decision and check whether the investment was truly legally secure. Additionally, it was necessary to organize the process, which had previously relied mainly on browsing listings without expert support.

Strategy

We began with a detailed verification of the property selected by the client – both from a legal and technical perspective, in cooperation with a local lawyer. After discovering significant irregularities, we decided to halt the process and redesign it from scratch – in an orderly manner based on clearly defined criteria. We focused exclusively on newer properties (built after 2010) that meet current legal requirements and quality standards.
