Challenge

Purchasing an investment property on the Costa del Sol involves many simultaneous decisions – choosing the right location, assessing real rental potential, analyzing premium projects, and navigating local formalities. Without on-site support, it is easy to overlook significant differences between investments and make a decision based more on marketing than on data.

Strategy

We implemented a process based on working directly on-site. We started by selecting the best premium projects, and then spent several days with the client on the Costa del Sol, analyzing locations, investment standards, and their real investment potential. Based on this, we prepared a shortlist and a detailed analysis, which allowed the client to make an informed decision and choose the optimal investment.
